A fantastic feast compiled by the close liaison between me and the Stroud Brewery’s wonderful Head chef, Ian Ballantyne.
We have worked together to source wild and local seasonal ingredients to delight your taste buds in this 4 course meal starting and finishing with a hedgerow drink. Come for your Bramble Royale at 7pm and food from 7.30pm
Afterwards, I am giving a talk about ‘Reconnecting with the wild’.
