Relax & Nourish Yourself – I am a Reflexologist and Reiki practitioner with 25 years experience.  Bringing a deep sensitivity and a gentle nurturing touch my aim is to leave you feeling relaxed, nourished & rejuvenated.

Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, Holistic Facials & Reiki treatments are available in Nailsworth.  Home visits are available upon request.  Relaxing and nourishing Self-Care sessions are now available from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.

All treatments are bespoke to suit the individual needs of the client.  For maximum impact and lasting results for health and wellbeing, a course of treatments is usually recommended.  A combination of treatments is often requested and can be very effective. 

Please note, all courses of 6 treatments must be completed within 6 months of start date.
