Including Wild Food Foraging Walks, Solo Wild Camps for Women and Girls, Forest Bathing, Mindful Walking and Meditation. To this, I bring my life-long love of the wilds, my training in Survival, Bushcraft and Nature Awareness, Walking Leadership, Wild Food Foraging, Deep Ecology and Permaculture.
